Keep Fighting Live Nation & Ticketmaster

The federal government recently reached a settlement with Live Nation in a major case about the company’s control over the live entertainment industry.

But states are not required to accept it. They can continue the fight against Live Nation and Ticketmaster’s alleged monopoly, but they need to know fans care. Your voice can make the difference.

Take 20 seconds and email your state attorney general now.

What Happened

A federal trial challenging that power just began in New York.

But only one week into the case, the federal government reached a settlement that would allow Live Nation to get off easy:

  • No separation from Ticketmaster

  • No limits on Live Nation’s control of national tours

  • No meaningful consequences to hold them accountable

But the case doesn’t have to end there.

State Attorneys General can still continue the fight.

Why This Matters

Think about the last time you tried to buy a concert ticket.

You sat in a Ticketmaster queue with thousands of other fans — and bots.
The show “sold out” before you even had a real chance to buy a ticket.

Fans know the system is broken.

Live Nation and Ticketmaster are accused of concentrating enormous power in the live music industry. They control ticketing, promote tours, manage artists, and own and operate venues.

When one company controls so much of the system:

  • Fans face higher prices and fees

  • Bots scoop up tickets before real fans can buy them

  • Independent venues and festivals struggle to compete

Fans Have Made The Difference Before

In 2020, fans stepped up to save independent venues from closing forever.

You called Congress.
You shared your stories.
And together we delivered more than $16 billion in relief through the Save Our Stages Act.

Now we need your voice again.

You saved our stages once. Help us save them again.
